Limited Warranty Terms ZigarOfficial provides a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering ignition system failures and internal fuel leaks caused by manufacturing defects, provided that to submit a claim, the customer must present a valid proof of purchase (Invoice / Order Number) along with a completed warranty form; please note that this warranty strictly excludes natural wear and tear of flints or wicks, gas refilling, damage from low-quality fuel, physical or cosmetic damage such as scratches or drops, water damage, and unauthorized repairs, with eligible claims resulting in product repair or replacement at the company's sole discretion.
